I can’t believe I’m almost 25 weeks pregnant! I promised I’d do pregnancy updates so here it goes.
HOW FAR ALONG: I am currently 24 weeks pregnant.
TOTAL WEIGHT GAIN: Oh gosh, who added this question to the list? Haha 🙂 In total, I’ve gained 16 pounds so far!
MATERNITY CLOTHES: YES!! I can’t squeeze my bum into my non maternity pants/jeans and my belly is a little to big for my non maternity tops. I’ve been loving ASOS for maternity clothing as well as regular leggings for those days when I’m just running errands and working around the house.
STRETCH MARKS: None yet, thank goodness!
SLEEP: Not bad! In the beginning of this pregnancy I woke up at least 3-4 times during the night because I had to use the restroom, but now I pretty much sleep through the whole night.
BEST MOMENT SO FAR: Definitely finding out the gender of our baby. I feel as though I’m able to connect with her much more now.
MISS ANYTHING: I miss my energy! Every day around 3-4 pm my energy level drops to like a negative 0. Sometimes I feel like I’m simply going to fall asleep in the middle of work.
MOVEMENT: Yes, and lots of it. I find that the baby starts to move a lot when I’m eating or before bed. I think she has a routine already 🙂
FOOD CRAVINGS: Fruit & Pasta! Peaches, nectarines, grapes, apples, strawberries… Basically any kind of fruit and any kind of pasta 🙂
ANYTHING MAKING YOU QEASY OR SICK: Salads… I can eat all my veggies separately but if they’re all mixed in a bowl with some sort of dressing I absolutely will not eat it. Green juice or any kind of juice is how I get my daily dose of veggies.
LABOR SIGNS: None yet, thank goodness! However, I get A LOT of braxton hicks.
MOOD: Mostly always happy, but sometimes I have those moments when I just want and need to cry…
LOOKING FORWARD TO: Setting up our baby girls nursery very soon.
