MY THOUGHTS ON: JUS BY JULIE 1 DAY JUICE CLEANSE

Hello loves,

One of my new years resolutions was to take care of my body and health. Having to work and take care of a toddler takes up so much time that I often neglect my health. I get home and the last thing on my mind is “I should probably whip up some green juice’. It used to be a daily routine for my family. Green juice or a smoothie several times a week, if not every morning. I LOVED how it made me feel physically. I was energized, happy and my skin looked great! Not to mention my little one loved drinking it as well.

With that in mind, I purchased the JUS by Julie one day juice cleanse.  Their juices are dairy free, gluten free and the ingredients are grown locally. I thought, since I don’t have time to make my own juices I’ll just by the pre-made juice. For a beginner this might be a good idea, but not so much for someone who is extremely picky with their green juice.

The juice cleanse comes with 6 bottles that you’re supposed to drink every 2 hours. There were a couple of bottles that were absolutely delicious, but the rest not so much, especially the green juices. I found it really hard to drink and at times I felt like giving up because of how “green” they tasted.

To sum it up, the cleanse is perfect for someone on the go and someone who isn’t very picky with their green juices. But if you have the time to make your own juice then definitely go for it! You can customize it to your personal taste and you’ll enjoy it much more. Also, when you see what delicious and healthy ingredients you’re putting into your juice it motivates you that much more to drink it.

With that being said here are the photos of the juices that I found absolutely delicious and will repurchase again!  Jus by Julie also make booster shots, which I plan on trying to incorporate into my own juices. Also, here is a coupon code to get 15% off when you order online : JUS4FRIENDS

Would love it if you shared your recipe for the green juice. I tried once and it was a total fail, and haven’t done it ever since.
